Refund policy

All items marked “clearance” are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

All returns and refunds must be completed within 30 days and must be authorized by email (marianne@dionmoto.com) or by phone at 1-877-337-8666. Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Shipping, handling, and special-order fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Any products returned without prior authorization will automatically be returned to the customer at their expense.

Unclaimed shipments will be returned to our store by the carrier. A refund will be issued, minus a $10 fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Dion Sports cannot accept returns if the following conditions are not met:

  • All returns must be authorized by email or by phone.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Special orders, DVDs, electronic parts, balaclavas, underwear, and helmets are not accepted.

  • Any products that are damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. Products whose packaging is damaged during return shipping will also not be refunded or exchanged.

  • All returns must include the original invoice and delivery slip.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card or bank transfer) within a maximum of 30 days.

Dion Sports reserves the right to determine, in good faith, whether all these conditions have been met. Upon receipt of the returned product, Dion Sports will send a confirmation of receipt by email.


IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please go to the store checkout counter and make sure you have your original receipt. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Dion Sports is not responsible for lost, misdirected, insufficiently postage-paid, illegible, and/or damaged envelopes or parcels.

All shipping fees, including those incurred for returns and exchanges, are non-refundable. Once the package is received at our store, please allow approximately 15 days for your refund to be processed.
